Fantastic, Five Star, Professional. Great work AND great pricing. Excellent communication! Trustworthy and responsive from start to finish. I live in California and needed someone with experience and knowledge to do a deep-cleaning on a condo including some repairs inside and out and also fix up the patio which had been neglected. Blake's Property Pros met all of my needs and more, including pressure washing the patio, removing debris, and taking photos inside and out as they worked and keeping me informed. They went above and beyond, even going out to get a battery for the smoke alarm which was chirping. They got me exactly where I need to be for a successful real estate sale. Their goal with every job is to clean thoroughly, regardless if the job is difficult or filthy. This may include a deep spring cleaning after a bad tenant. They always leave the home in good order, perhaps even better organized than before. They remember to rotate cleaning comforters and parts of the house that do not require attention every time. They communicate when something needs attention outside of the cleaning job.
