- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to make sure that our prices are affordable. We work with each client on a case-by-case basis to determine their needs, what we offer and provide for their case, and work with their budgets. Legal fees are expensive and we know that! If we can ensure that you are not burdened with extensive fees, then we have reached our end goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Roberts Investigative Services, we know our clients need time to process everything they are going through. By providing free consultations, we know that allowing our clients to speak about their cases and allow us to lay down a foundation of what services we can provide and create a roadmap for them, for one, provides customer services that is much needed in the legal field and two, it brings a sense of comfort to each situation.

Board Certified Criminal Defense Investigator. Board Trained Certified Forensic Science Investigator. Board Trained Certified Forensic Interviewer. Danielle Roberts is a Florida Licensed Professional Investigator with over 10 years of professional investigative experience, ranging from Financial, Insurance Fraud investigations, to Capital Murder Cases. Mrs. Roberts is Board Certified in Criminal Defense Investigation and specializes in Autism response and Defense, disability defense, police procedure, trial preparations, civil case preparations, divorce, child custody, surveillance, stalking, death-related cases, homicide along with additional training. She has superior investigative abilities coupled with comprehensive skills in forensic interviewing, forensic photography, crime scene examination, blood spatter detection, recognition, and analysis, and preparing and presenting accurate facts. Danielle Roberts has dedicated years to the field of Criminal Defense while working with the 19th Judicial Circuit Public Defender, Diamond Litty, and comes highly recommended for Defense Investigations.
