- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $150/hr with a 2 hour minimum. A deposit of $100 is required, which is refundable up to 14 days before the event. The balance of the fee is due upon my arrival at the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a lead, I will contact the customer directly to determine their requirements and help them with any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a musician for many years, playing in bands and as a solo performer. I guess you could say I have on the job training.
