Introduction: I like the challenge of fixing errors and problems that others cannot come in and complete without the knowledge of what steps to take and what tools to use for different types of issues. I like the knowledge of how the algorithms and the binary way in which the computer reads information entered for functions like, sending packets to other workstations and then in return sending back a transmission informing on what the first computer's request. The use of encryption for security measures and how different types of encryption's operate (Symmetric and Asymmetric) public and private keys.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Changing Operating Systems, for example, Windows 7, Linux, Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 Server Enterprise. Changing out hard drives and other hardware - memory cards, graphic cards, motherboard, checking the system for slow response time. New connections, network configuration. Other hardware troubleshooting, printers, scanners, fax, etc. Working on both laptops and desktops. Setting up WLAN connections for the network. Clearing the computer and re-installing the OS (Operating System) for a factory default. Saving old files to enter into a new system. All types of trouble shooting. Training on how to clean files and complete a fragmentation, applications that help to speed up the computers performance.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I would receive some type of guarantee on the work, and ensure that if the work does not fix the problem then there is no charge, or at least much less of the charge initially intended. Ask questions to ensure the person does have the knowledge of working on a computer/network system, ask for references if there is a possibility of feeling uncomfortable with the issue. Technical work can have difficulties for someone that knows very little to none about working on computers, cables, routers, switches, hubs, printers, and other settings for network security features. Look for someone that will take the time to explain some of what he or she plans to conduct on the computer or network before starting the work.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish that clients knew I work diligently to complete the project, and I do not quit until the work is completed, or the problem has no solution. I do have a religious background and believe that others should help others in need to the best of their ability, I never am out to scam others, and I dislike it myself when the shoe is on my foot of being scammed. From the time when I was a young boy, there was not all the dishonesty going on and people could trust others a bit easier than in today's world. My main objective, to make the client happy and to fix the problems that they have for future reference.
