- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimate will include a set labor cost based on the linear footage of the project and type of fence, and all materials and taxes. Any demolition and haul off of old fence will have an additional labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with potential clients to discuss the project and take measurements so I can provide an accurate estimate. I always provide a written estimate before any project. Once a client accepts I require a deposit of 50% to schedule the work and cover any materials. After the work is completed the remaining balance is due. If a client wants to change anything about the project before it is completed, we are very flexible. My number one priority is to ensure you get the fence you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of experience building fences.
