Stephen and crew did a great job with my fence. Despite inclement weather and the challenges of my yard--uneven terrain and roots--they built a beautiful fence. Also, Stephen is very responsive when you have questions.

We have not started the installation yet but Carlisle Fencing Company (Stephen) almost immediately responded on here. We set a day and time for an estimate and he was prompt and professional. He has been fantastic about answering any questions we had and he provided us with detailed information and pricing. We hired him and he is installing our fencing on Thursday 7/26. I am very impressed with this company and with Stephen.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimate will include a set labor cost based on the linear footage of the project and type of fence, and all materials and taxes. Any demolition and haul off of old fence will have an additional labor cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with potential clients to discuss the project and take measurements so I can provide an accurate estimate.
I always provide a written estimate before any project.
Once a client accepts I require a deposit of 50% to schedule the work and cover any materials. After the work is completed the remaining balance is due.
If a client wants to change anything about the project before it is completed, we are very flexible. My number one priority is to ensure you get the fence you want.
