Sean was fantastic. He was quick, very friendly, and did an excellent, clean job with great attention to detail. He even showed me how to properly spackle, and he was the one who thought to check the garage for the original paint, so we were able to use the exact match. The final result looks immaculate. Highly recommend!

I love my home, but it's been problematic. So have people I've hired in the past to help me with it. The great thing about Sean is his expertise, his ability to problem solve, and being able to communicate that to his clients. Instead of a shoddy patch job here and there, I can be confident that the work Sean does will last, and I have someone I can trust to keep my home safe, sound, and looking the way I want it. Even behind the drywall.

Sean is wonderful to work with on a project. He is extremely intelligent and thoughtful about each project. He is very competent in all areas of home repair and carpentry. He lets the home owner know when he will arrive and also what might be better options for each project. He is prompt, thorough and very easy to discuss home improvement projects. He is great to work with on any project.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don’t work by the hour or by the day. It can create an awkward relationship with my customers and my it takes away my motivation to work fast. I estimate a completion price based on $65-$90/hour + materials. I work very hard to stick to my estimate price and I rarely go over it. Every job has unforeseen challenges and if they affect the final price I inform my customers asap.
