I moved to my current location several years ago and hired a local cleaning company to do a move-in Deep Clean...While bringing my belongings into my home several days later, I noticing several areas that really needed the Deep Clean had not even been touched and the carpet cleaning was less than desirable for the $$$'s that were paid...I recently decided to try a Deep Clean again, but was sceptical of the available local cleaning companies and did some serious research this time...I came across a company called "Fresh Scent"...I called them & spoke with Rudy, who agreed to come out the next day and discussthe job details...Rudy arrived on time, inspected the home & carpet conditions and gave me a price for cleaning both...I accepted his proposal which, I felt was very reasonable considering what needed to be accomplished...The home cleaning (Brenda & Jasmine) and carpet cleaning team (Esteban) arrived on time on the dates agreed upon and cleaned for almost 8 hours each respectively...I was blown away by the "OUTSTANDING" detailed Deep Cleaning my home & carpet received from "Fresh Scent"...I highly recommend this company to those riding the fence about choosing a good home/carpet cleaning company...I will further be using them for regularly scheduled cleanings...

Would I highly recommend? Yes, yes I would! The response from my inquiry was immediate. Rudy asked important questions like the care instructions for the couch so he would know the correct cleaning solutions to use. The professional who came out( and I apologize for not remembering his name) was kind, he explained what he was doing, he was respectful of my daughters home and he some how made the hard work look effortless! And the price was beyond reasonable! The couch and the carpet look wonderful! I only have the after pictures. I did take a video of the before and sent it to Rudy, hopefully he can add it. I reached out after using a few cleaning services in Gainesville. After cleaning I can say they were the best Ive used so far. They were very communicative, on time, and cleaned very thoroughly, even offering to come back and touch up a few spots a second time. Would highly recommend!
