Haven Roofing completed a comprehensive roofing project for us, which included replacing our roof, replacing and painting a majority of our fascia boards, and installing a much-needed gutter.The owner, JR, was extremely responsive from the start. He met with us in person, inspected our roof and gave us a printed, accurate estimate on the spot. He handled everything from getting approval from our homeowner associations architectural board, permitting with the county, coordination with the painters, and all follow-up necessary to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. Entire timeline was approximately 3-weeks.Throughout the entire process, JR was available to answer questions, resolve issues, and respond quickly to our messages. He was organized and very professional. We are extremely pleased with our choice of JR and Haven Roofing and love the new roof!Services included:Roof installation, fascia board replacement and gutter installation.

While its never fun to have to spend money on a new roof replacement, we had the best experience with Haven Roofing. The owner, JR, was incredibly responsive right from the beginning when he met with us, discussed what we wanted, gave us large samples of the roof shingles so we could decide which color, inspected our roof and handed us a printed accurate estimate right then. He had already done his due diligence and had the square footage measurements of our home prior to meeting with us. His price was reasonable and within line of other estimates we received. Once we signed the contract, he contacted the architectural board of our homeowners association (saving me from doing it) and filed for the permit with the county. Exactly 3 weeks later (time for permit to clear), he had a crew of 8 workers here who worked tirelessly 12 hours the first day and 8 hours the second to complete the job. He coordinated having a few of our gutters replaced and painting of them as well as some replaced fascia. He and his men used magnetized gadgets to search and pickup all the nails that came off with the old roof being removed and left our property very clean and free from debris. At every step of the way, JR answered our questions, problem solved, and quickly responded to our texts. He was kind, respectful and extremely professional. We could not be more happy with our choice of JR and Haven Roofing and we absolutely love our new roof!
