What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 service call fee. This includes my visit and diagnostic of the appliance. If you decide to fix your appliance the service call fee will go towards the repair cost. All my prices are reasonable and i'm looking forward to servicing your appliance.
