- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always educating myself. I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, I have a MCP(Microsoft Certified Professional) MCITP( Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional) and still attempting my CCNA( Cisco Certified Network Administrator)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a helicopter overhaul technician for twenty years. I ran an overhaul facility for the majority of the time. When the market dried up in the late 90's I looked for a career that was not going to go away. Computers was my choice. I have been doing this since the late 90's. I have worked for many computer companies IE: DELL, Toshiba, HP, Compact and IBM. But the most satisfaction I get is helping those who need it. Not helping the large companies get richer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of the jobs I get is virus, Mal-ware and spy-ware removals. The second is computer upgrades and repairs and the third is setting up home and business networks.
