- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, the prices are based on the speed that the client wants his project to be, priority level, quality of the material used, complexity and level of detail of the project, also the number of projects that I have done with that client and the results
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In general, I get in direct contact with the new client, I deepen the details of their project, after a detailed talk I coordinate an appointment to interact directly with the client and personally take the measurements of the space to be worked on, select the material specific and reach an agreement through a contract
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a vocational training and family tradition in the world of remodeling and contemporary designs, my grandfather and my father were carpenters, I followed in their footsteps as well as having certificates in Carpentry, Architecture and Design
