Our shower door hinge was broken and after sending them a message, we were able to have it repaired quickly! The professionalism and knowledge of the situation truly made me feel like the right person was handling the job. It was done quickly, cleanly and correctly. FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I deal with a new client, I like to ask what he plans to do and where he is located. Depending on the project he has in mind, I can help him with the design and the estimated price of it.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a South Florida company as an installation helper for a while until I became one of the main installers for the company where I stayed for almost three years, then I went on my own.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The client must have thought of at least one idea of the project they want to carry out and from there we help them with a wide variety of designs based on their taste, needs and possibilities. It is also valid that from the approval of the project a waiting time of 3 to 5 business days is necessary for the manufacture of the glass, this is in case it is personalized, of course.
