Despite repeated calls and assurances that they would come, I only learned about a permit documentation issue after speaking with their manager. I provided the requested paperwork, but my follow-up calls, messages, and refund request have gone unanswered.
I paid for both the installation and permit handling, yet I am still waiting for the fence or my money back after months of delays. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
