I currently work as a contractor for property management companies as well as a contractor for the maintenance department at Dadeland Mall. I constantly put my knowledge to the test by creating new and better ways to resolve customers requests. All In 1 Handyman took less than two weeks to re-model a small office space at our building. Some of the job included putting up walls, creating a storage closet, putting up an additional wall to extend our hallway, installing laminate flooring throughout the 2nd floor, installing doors, installing moldings, painting, etc. The work is of good quality & the price was reasonable. It was done on time & they had lots of ideas to help us get exactly what we needed. All In 1 Handyman is easy to work with & always kept us on a constant update with billing & materials. Thank you!

Usually Fixed pricing. Materials are paid by customers mostly upfront and labor is split for upfront cost, drafts and final pay out dependent on time frame for the project.
