- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes oven, fridge and interior cleaning of windows. Also, I bring my own cleaning supplies such as disinfectant, bathroom cleaning, oven cleaner,stovetop, vacuum etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my process for working with a new customer is first introduce myself, obtain basic information, ask which services they would like and to be specific as possible, perform an estimate, and then if I am hired work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way and be thankful for the opportunity. When ever I am contacted I will also let you know I mostly work alone for your safety and mine. If it’s necessary I will ask if it’s ok with the client to bring one more cleaner with me.
