- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$85 for 8 half hour classes or $85 for 4 one hour classes (weekends). adult classes are $170 for 8 one hour classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First day we evaluate and develop a work plan to help that individual either overcome their fear of the water or plan on how they can efficiently move better through the water.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?American Red Cross Lifeguard training, Red Cross Swim instructor ( Water Safety instructor), bachelors in sports administration and various certifications working with special needs and special olympics
