Tim is amazing. We were in a hurry to repair a severely damaged subfloor, as well as replace tile and broken grout with luxury vinyl plank flooring. He was highly responsive and worked diligently to provide a great-looking finished product. I had a small flooring repair that I was trying to have fixed but no one wanted to help me with it. Mr. Willan was kind enough to get in contact with me right away and come look at my issue as soon as he could. He fixed the problem and my floor looks great again. We had a small area of hardwood flooring that needed to be replaced. Fortunately we had the wood saved from install years ago. Mr. Willan responded on Thumbtack almost immediately, fit us into the schedule pretty quickly and did a beautiful job. The new blends with the old beautifully! I would highly recommend him.

I received an immediate response to my inquiry, and Mr. Willan was at my home to give an estimate the same day. Despite an irregular flooring layout, he was able to source materials and do the job the next day as promised. Would recommend him and use him again.
