The company was awesome. Met all my needs and corrected a problem that arose professionally and within reason without additional cost. Dana was awesome an asset to the company. She corrected an issue that arose professionally and met all my expectations…..pricing was reasonable.

This company is a compete rip-off DO NOT USE them. They told me the service call is $125, then showed up and spend 5 minutes to fix a couple of problems I had and sent me a $355 invoice… complete rip off. I would not trust these guys with anything…

Hi, Jim We are sorry that you feel this way. However, as explained, there is a $125 service call fee. That does not include labor. Our plumbers showed up on a last minute request and rectified 3 plumbing issues. We even applied a discount of $125 off your total bill. This is a business and we cannot accept the $129 you offered to pay for the services that were provided.
