He responded quickly to my request. He was very upfront about what he could do and I knew a minimum cost before he arrived. The problem was worse than anticipated but he got it done. I never felt pressured. He explained things as he went. I will definitely use his services in the future.

We called him early this morning and he was at our house within the hour. He explained everything he was doing along the way and made sure we knew what was going on. We ended up having a more complicated clog than we originally thought and he left our plumbing in a much better situation than when we started. Would definitely recommend and will be using Travis again in the future for any plumbing needs.
