He sent his cousin who is an ex-con to my house to do the job in his place with out any notice that he would be doing that job for me and not the pro. He doesn’t put customer’s time or endangerment into consideration. I asked him to do a second job last week but he said he needed to move and can he do it Saturday. I got busy and really preferred doing it during the week and he mentioned this upcoming Saturday again. Seems like he does this part time. When I asked did he do this part time, he told me no he was moving. That was last week so how is he saying he is only available Saturday again. Super frustrating. This is not professional behavior at all.

They did an amazing job on my kitchen in my bathroom and all the flooring in all my rooms. The whole staff were also professional considerate works very quickly very clean and I would hire them again in a minute to do anything that I needed and let's not forget how wonderful the price was amazing
