Bridget is a excellent trainer. She pushes you to meet your gold. My experience with Bridget was wonderful and I love to have hr as my trainer again.

Bridget was the best trainer that I ever had. She catered to the needs of my body to help me achieve my weight loss goals. She provided all the tools that I needed during the process. Things such as meal plans, water intake, at home workouts and smoothie recipes. She has a great personality and she does not let you quit. We hit it off right away and she's very down to earth. Her methods are effective but you as an individual you must do your part as well to see the results. I recommend Bridget as a personal trainer.... You won't regret it.

Bridget trained me in individual and group training for 3 years before relocating. From my first day of working out with her she dedicated time with me first and foremost discussing my fitness goals and health background. Each session we had was rigorous and included a full body workout as well as a one on one stretch afterwards. When I pulled a muscle in my back Bridget created an individual rehabilitation plan for me to do and also performed stretches that got me back in full swing in a month when the doctor told me I would be out for 2 weeks! If we lived in the same city she would hands down still be my trainer!

Bridget concentrates on the client's target area and specifies workouts based on what you need. She goes above and beyond to help client reach their goals, provides meal plans, and always encourages clients to never give up. She is great at what she does.

    Always check their credentials. Work with someone that works with your time. Hire someone that keeps track of your weight loss, body fat, and food intake.
