Hired Mike to come clean my area rug. He was very professional, even wore a mask when entering my home. He was even able to come over on a Sunday to give a quote. Never having the rug cleaned before, we discussed what he would do to the rug to make it like new! He provided a quote that day and I thought it was a fair price. (I had one other quote via the app, but it was about double in cost). Returned the rug two weeks later, smelling fresh and looking new!!
