After getting a quote to clean our sectional from a major carpet cleaner, we thought this quote was too good to be true. We were wrong - not only did the tech show up on time, but he was SO polite and went above and beyond. We have two dogs, so we had a lot of dog hair in the couch mixed with a few spots from our puppy having accidents. Our sectional looks absolutely brand new.
