- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly payment plans for dates booked 90 days in advance. We don't do dinners for two.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After customers contact us, we send a brief questionnaire to better understand their needs. Chef Cassandra then sends a proposed customized menu with an inclusive per person cost. If the new customer would like to talk live to discuss, that is always welcome. After the new customer approves the menu, we send a contract and require a 50% deposit to book the date. If the date is more than 90 days away, we offer monthly payment plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company is led by Chef Cassandra Caldwell who has over 25 years of hospitality experience. Chef Cassandra has traveled the globe and experienced hospitality & cuisines in five-star restaurants and hotels on four continents and 16 countries. She infuses global spices and recipes into her cooking that focuses on healthy food that is good for your heart and soul. She is a certified ServSafe Food Manager and has studied at Johnson & Wales University and The Biltmore Culinary Academy. Her current affiliations include: The National Restaurant Association, The National Association for Catering & Events, and the United States Personal Chef Association. Chef Cassandra also earned three degrees prior to her culinary career change including: a Ph.D. in human and community resource development from The Ohio State University; a M.P.A. in public administration from North Carolina Central University; and a B.A. in speech communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
