I have been buying weekly meals from Jimmy for last 3 months and have been very happy with the service. Firstly, I am not a vegan. I have always wanted to eat more vegetables, but could never find the time to prepare the meals. I had heard from some friends that Jimmy's vegan meals were spectacular, but I must admit, I was skeptical. I expected bland, tasteless food resembling frozen Boca Burgers. I have been pleasantly surprised and been hooked on Jimmy's food ever since. First and foremost, Jimmy's weekly menus are always DELICIOUS, always varied and extremely fresh. For the last 3 months, I have had only 1 or 2 repeats--and those were based on my request because they were so good! His weekly menu typically includes enough food for 5 days, sometimes more. Sometimes we order a double order--which gives us some extra for the freezer. Some of my favorite dishes have included: 1) Dried fig and black olive spread: Figs, olives, olive oil fennel seeds 2) Tofu cacciatore- Red pepper, zucchini, carrots, black olive oil, tomato sauce, tofu 3) Spaghetti with creamy fig sauce Angel hair spaghetti, cashew nuts, soy milk Secondly, eating more vegan food has greatly improved my energy levels. I feel better, and have lost 10 pounds--without hunger. Having prepared food has also improved my life by removing the hassle of daily dinner prep. Jimmy's prepared foods are adding about five hours of free time to my life per week, which is great! Jimmy's pick-ups in Miami (or delivery if needed) are always on time, typically Sunday mid-day. He is always on-time! In short, Jimmy's weekly food dishes are delicious, convenient, varied and healthy. I am a BIG FAN!

I have been a client of Jimmy's for over 6 months. The food is absolutely wonderful! We've worked out a "meal plan" where I don't have to pick and choose at a menu, and the weekly meals vary. We were able to accomodate my busy lifestyle, and it's been a wonderful experience. I actually didn't intend to become Vegan, but eating healthier prepared foods makes it easier to make wiser choices when I'm not eating at home.

Jimmy's food is amazing! His creativity and use of flavors leaves you feeling satisfied and in harmony. His "Meatballs" are delicious and his "Burgers" are to die for. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a healthy and delicious alternative!
