My tenant was complaining about the smell in the condo and possible mold coming from the air handler. AC owner, Yoan, first came out to diagnose, set up appt. to fix (on a Sunday no extra charge), came on time, fixed it, tenant VERY HAPPY, and provided pictures before, during and after, all extremely professional, and very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Last week my air conditioner stopped working and I used the options from this app to repair it in the past so I used it again, Joan was the first one to answer and I decided to go with him because he sounded honest and sincere. he tried various options but nothing worked and the outcome was that I needed a new central air conditioner, here are the pictures, his kindness, and professionalism were excellent. the price after doing all my research was 4,300 which was the best. I am really happy with the work performed and lastly, I strongly recommend Joan and his company, 2 years of maintenance and 10 years from trane.
