FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not cast-in-stone, specially when you priced something with little to none information. So my prices can change as we get a more accurate information. Also, my work is 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any technical defect on the final product I will return your money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the whole quote-pricing-booking is over; I meet with the customer and go over the session what to expect; ask questions to the client about what they would like, see if they have any shots or pose in mind; make sure the client feel at ease and relax so this can also be transmitted in to the session. During the session and try to make the client enjoy it and feel confortable. I normally show the clients some of the shots just to encourage his/her participation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in photography for a few years. I completed the NYIP Portrait course and have attended and participated on over 20 plus photography for portraits and events classes online and in a class room.
