Found Jean to be very polite and handled my computer issues rather quickly as well as cleaning up some of my "messes". He also spent additional time to fix a small problem with my husband's laptop. He seems quite knowledgable in his field and I will continue to use him in the future. I will also continue to use Thumbtack for other such needs.

got in contact with MITS and they said could come same evening. shawn came on time, determined by checking and testing what the problem was. said it was a corrupted windows 10. he uploaded a good version, which took some time, and got laptop running again. also gave me some advise on making it run faster and about preferred type of hard drive to use. have already recommended him to a friend and will call him again if i need help.
