Mo was fantastic from beginning to end. We had to close out an expired permit before a particular deadline, and even though we were pressed for time, Mo go to the bottom of things and got the permit re-opened, explained what was needed to get repaired - which was remedied quickly, and organized the paperwork and inspection to be done. Inspector came out the following morning and passed the inspection. That same night, Mo e-mailed me the paperwork and evidence that the permit had been finally closed. The best thing was that Mo kept me in the loop throughout and communication was done in a timely fashion. Thanks again for everything Mo!
