- Basic life support
- Recovery position

- Heart attack and chest pain
- Bleeding and wound care
- Shock
- Burns
- Serious injuries
- Bone, joint, and muscle injuries
- Sudden illness
- Allergic reactions
- Poisoning
- Cold and heat emergencies
- Rescue and move victims
Many of the above topic have numerous subtopics. The cost for this course is $40 per person, and I would be able to train 10 people at a time. Your employees will receive the following:
- DVD refresher CD
- Full work book
- Mini first aid at-a-glance pamphlet
- Letter-sized certificate with a removable wallet certification card.
- Automatic renewal notification via e-mail

Tim Folwer was ultimately contacted by myself to provide 1st Aid/CPR training for our company. He provided the training at what I considered a great rate per person and was able to give the instruction in English and Spanish (with the aid of an assistant). He was able to accommodate our ever changing schedule which was a big plus for me. He has state of the art audio video tools for either projection onto a screen or hookup to a big screen television, both worked well for us. His down to earth presentation and professionalism was nice. Grown men needing to take the classes were engaged in the program and interacted well with his style of instruction. I was very impressed. Upon completion of the classes my workers were able to take home quick reference material and DVD for their home computer so they can keep things refreshed. Tim is a wonderful instructor, knows his material inside and out and is able to accommodate anyone in their training needs. I highly recommend him.
