- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing really depends on the job type. There are some scenarios that can make the same type of request an easy task or more complex. That's why I offer my clients a free in home estimate so I can check out the job and give the client a fair estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give my customers a fair estimate on their project requests based on the information they provide or offer them a free in-home estimate to make sure I give them an accurate price. Also, if they decide to hire me I always make sure they are fully satisfied with the job.
