Our pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work. For standard replacements and straightforward installations, we often provide flat-rate pricing upfront so there are no surprises. If additional work is needed due to existing conditions, we will discuss it with the customer before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple and professional. We first speak with the customer to understand the job details, then we review photos or schedule a site visit if needed. After that, we provide a clear price or proposal, confirm scheduling, complete the work safely and neatly, and make sure everything is tested and working properly before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work, including lighting, troubleshooting, dedicated circuits, panel work, and equipment installations. We are licensed and insured, and our work is performed with a strong focus on safety, code compliance, and professional workmanship.
