I thought this job was going to take all day but Ian did a great job diagnosing the problem & rectifying the issue in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable in his field & also let me know about some minor things which may require attention that he discovered during the initial repair. Very informative but not pushy AND he was on time! Would definitely use him again.

Get as much information as possible on any work to be performed. We try to insure that you as the customer are satisfied and aware of the process from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education was gained at Florida International University / Michigan State University. Technical training was obtained through on the job training in the fields of commercial,residential electrical and HVAC trades with class A contractor in the DMV area.
