- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive in the South Florida area. I always give my best price upfront to save clients unnecessary negotiations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't have a one size fits all process because, everyone is different. What usually happens is: 1. The client and I have an initial consultation, either through video call, phone call or meet locally. 2. The clients decide they want to book me to document their wedding. They sign an agreement and pay a retainer, to reserve and ensure my availability, for their desired date. 3. After clients have booked their date, they can schedule as many phone calls as needed. I'll be there every step of the way to answer any question.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are you available for my date? In case something goes wrong on my wedding day, do you have backups for your camera and lenses?
