Blake responded right away and offered a free estimate. He made it out the same night, was extremely professional, and reasonable with his suggestions and prices. He knows his stuff and managed communications with me (an absentee landlord) and my tenant (on site) seamlessly. He made sure the tasks we needed done, were completed properly with the correct parts compatible with the hardware on site and he also proved to be honest in recommending against additional work that was not immediately necessary.
