- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer on-site consultations ranging from $75 to $150 USD, depending on the scope of the visit. Virtual or in-office consultations are free for the first 15 minutes, with detailed consultations ranging from $60 to $150 USD, based on the complexity of your project. Our pricing is fair and reflects the high standards we maintain as a licensed Architect-Led, General Contractor Firm. We employ a team of over 15 professionals, covering all aspects from design, project management, and full home renovations to specialty repairs. We work on milestone-based payment schedules to ensure our clients pay as progress is made. Our contracts are clear, transparent, and designed to protect our clients, providing peace of mind throughout the entire process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts by building a relationship based on trust and transparency. We take the time to share who we are—our story, our experience, and most importantly, our values. From there, we focus on understanding your project vision and walking you through every step of the process: from design and planning to budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Our goal is to provide you with all the information you need to confidently move forward as we bring your project to life from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our firm is led by David Eyal Alter, a licensed General Contractor and Principal of the company. David’s journey began in the high-end carpentry industry, where he developed a deep understanding of fine craftsmanship. His expertise spans thousands of hours on job sites, overseeing every aspect of the building process— from planning, contracts, installations, and project management to design, architecture, and team coordination. Most importantly, David has mastered the art of building seamless systems that deliver stress-free renovations and new construction for luxury homes across South Florida. At the foundation of our company stands Herman Alter, our Founder and Senior Advisor. With over 40 years of hands-on experience, five years of formal education at one of Argentina’s most prestigious design academies, and a lifetime of learning under his father’s mentorship, Herman brings unmatched insight to every project. His rare ability to bridge design and field execution—solving complex challenges with practical solutions—makes him one of the most respected minds in the industry. Leading our design vision is Marcelo Sonneschein, our Conceptual Architect, internationally recognized as one of the most brilliant creative forces in Argentina, Portugal, and Uruguay. Marcelo’s portfolio includes cultural landmarks like the Maradona Museum, alongside some of the most luxurious homes, commercial spaces, and public buildings in the Southern Hemisphere and Miami, Florida. Our team operates under two expert pillars: 1. Construction Execution & Management – Fully trained craftsmen specializing in the fabrication, installation, and repair of finish carpentry, glass, stone, tile, walls, paint, and more—covering every detail of interior finishing except structural modifications. 2. Design & Architecture – A dedicated team that transforms ideas into fully realized plans, ensuring every element of design is carried through to execution with precision and elegance.
