- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the type and size of the project. There are no hidden fees. Additional services, such as cable concealment or extra installations, may cost extra and are discussed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project details and understand the customer’s needs. Then I review the scope of work, provide an estimate, schedule the project, and complete the work with attention to cleanliness, quality, and communication throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in interior painting, drywall repair, wall preparation, skim coating, texture repair, wallpaper installation and removal, and general interior finishing work. I continuously improve my skills and stay up to date with industry techniques and materials.
