FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't quote a number over the phone or in chat, because most garage door problems can't be diagnosed without seeing the door. Instead: a technician comes out, assesses the door, and the exact price appears on your own screen — parts and labor included, per task — before any work starts. Nothing begins until you approve it. No hidden fees, no "while we're here" surprises. Emergency and after-hours visits carry a clearly stated surcharge, shown up front. We currently offer a discount for online booking — ask us in chat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Tell us what the door is doing (a photo or short video helps a lot). 2) We schedule a visit — same-day in most cases. 3) Before the tech arrives you see their name, photo and rating, and you can watch them drive to you on a live map. 4) On site, the tech inspects the whole door — not just the part that failed — and builds the estimate on their phone; you see the exact price on screen and approve it before anything starts. 5) Work is done, you pay in the app, and you get a digital invoice with your warranty on record. If you're not happy with the price, you owe nothing for the assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Point operates under a Florida State Certified General Contractor license (CGC1533076) and is fully insured. Every technician is background-checked and works on garage doors full-time — springs, cables, rollers, openers, tracks, panels and full door installations, including hurricane-rated (wind-load) doors built to South Florida code. We install and service major opener brands (LiftMaster/Chamberlain, Genie and others) and are trained on current smart openers, battery backups and wall-mount units.
