- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Renovation Process: From First Contact to Final Review - Initial Consultation We begin by connecting with the client to understand their goals, needs, and any challenges they’re facing. This helps us tailor our approach and ensure we’re aligned from the start. - Scheduling a Technical Visit Once we understand the scope, we schedule a site visit to gather the technical data needed for accurate planning and estimation. - On-Site Evaluation by Our Engineer Our engineer visits the project location to assess structural conditions, take measurements, and identify any potential risks or complexities. This step ensures precision and prevents costly surprises later. - Estimate & Material Selection Our technical team prepares a detailed estimate based on the site evaluation. We also guide the client through material selection—considering durability, aesthetics, budget, sustainability, and compatibility with the design. This is a collaborative process where we educate and advise to ensure informed decisions. - Presentation & Client Guidance We present the full estimate along with material options and explain each component clearly. Clients have 10 business days to review, ask questions, and make adjustments. Our goal is to ensure full transparency and confidence before moving forward. - Contract Signing Once the estimate and scope are approved, we formalize the agreement. This includes timelines, responsibilities, and guarantees—setting the foundation for a smooth and professional execution. - Project Kickoff With everything in place, our team begins the renovation. We coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and ensure that every detail aligns with the approved plan. - Ongoing Project Follow-Up Throughout the project, we maintain open communication with the client. Regular updates, progress photos, and check-ins ensure clarity and allow for adjustments if needed. - Project Completion & Final Walkthrough Once the work is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure every detail meets expectations.
