The contractor did a good job replacing our bathroom grout. There are a couple of small scratches left on the tiles, but he was helpful afterward and even completed another project for free. He also kindly gave us advice on how we can easily fix the scratches. He communicated well throughout the process and showed great pride in making things right. He is very respectful and definitely deserves to be hired!

Michael was responsive. We have an older home with original tile that is beautiful and functional, but also over 30yrs old. There were some hollow spots and one area with buckling. Michael assessed the issues and worked to cure. He took his time and was thoughtful to focus on quality vs expediency. We get to enjoy our floors for another few years now and avoid a larger expense like replacing them. Thank you Michael, and look forward to working with you again.
