- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all taxes and fees are included in flat rate pricing. All pricing is applicable to 5% Discount for paying in cash. additional Discount of up to 5% are conditional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
all of our customers are call in and word of mouth customers. Just put in a request or give us a call. we can schedule a visit at no cost to the customer and we also offer same day and emergency response for issues with property damage or flooding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience in home repairs and a combined company experience of over 70 years in home repairs and remodeling. multi-state license holders on staff.
