FIVE ++++ STARS for Konstantin. A real professional who tackles any job - large or small with ease. Easy to work and communicate with. A good listener with an easy demeanor who understands the needs of the customer. Konstantin works immaculately with no trace of dust or dirt (usually created from construction,) when he's done. If anyone knows how difficult it is to find "good help," then look no further. Konstantin is competitively priced and worth every cent! I just hope he doesn't become too busy after I submit this review! Good luck! You will NOT be disappointed.

I highly recommend Konstantin. 1) Extremely responsive. I submitted my request and Konstantin responded to me within a few minutes asking for more detail and scheduling a time to come out and do the work. 2) Availability. Konstantin was basically available at my convenience. He was ready to come out the next day (I wasnt free, so he came out two days later based on my schedule). I have him coming for a follow up based on other work I want done, and same thing, he accommodated my schedule and was available. 3) Quality of work. Everything I had Konstantin do was done well and works fine. I am happy with the work he did. 4) Cleanliness, Carefulness, Respect for House. Konstantin was very careful (especially with my very delicate wood floors) and made sure everything was spotless after he finished (even after having to take apart 3 toilets). You would not be able to tell that Konstantin was even there had done any work based on how neat and clean things were after. 5) Honesty. I had a couple of things I wanted done, that Konstantin admitted he hasnt done in the past and didnt think he should try to do. I have had other handyman in the past (years ago), who "know how to do everything" and then spend an hour or two trying to make something work with no luck because they have no clue. I appreciate that Konstantin just told me that he didnt have the expertise and didnt waste the time (or potentially make things work).
