Keith we are very sorry you had a bad experience with us. Its Unfortunate ,we have yet to work together. We try accommodating you in different ways. Your absolutely right, about your contractor arriving after scheduled time, to provide you an estimate. The contractor did reached out to you an hour prior, to advise you that he will be arriving late and you agreed. As per your initial start date, you were booked a week out to start project. After a few days You requested for a date changed, it was then explained to you that we are fully booked but Will try to accommodate you. We did by moving your appointment date and time, to a closer date @ 10am. You then received an E-mail confirmation, to the E-mail that you provided. You responded at 4 O’clock In the afternoon, stating Someone changed your appointment time. After carefully reviewing our records, we have no appointments on record for that time stated by you. Either way we are very big on customer service, and we do not like an unhappy client no matter the circumstance. We offered to have a contractor Come out to your home to provide service’s on the same day with an additional discount.
