FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct an initial 30 - 45 minute session with the client to assess their needs, to discuss how I work and prepare them for the journey ahead. This step will also involve completing an introductory questionnaire so that we can make the most of our time together. We will determine the coaching schedule that will work best for the client and move on to schedule the first official session where we get started on digging deep and getting results. My signature LEAP Experience is my private client experience and it truly allows people to start seeing and living their life on a whole new level. Clients begin to experience a leap to freedom and begin to be put at ease from week one. Each week in the program is characterized by a new leap. Clients usually come to me feeling so constricted, so limited and closed off to the possibilities in their life and relationships but end up leaving totally expanded and using words like “limitless”, “free”, “unstoppable”, "new beginning" to describe how they feel and their new outlook. They begin to experience what life beyond the possibilities they initially set for themselves really looks like and they keep expanding from there.

- What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients come to me because they are tired of feeling disempowered and ineffective in a particular in their life and relationships which, many times, is holding them back and keeping them small and constricted. They are living with fear, stress and anxiety over circumstances or situations that seem insurmountable, common ones of which are: - Personal limitations such as negativity, self-doubt, feeling trapped by their past - Lack of clarity - Feeling less than or like they are not good enough… low self-confidence, low self-esteem - Personal and/or professional relationships that are not healthy or lacking effective communication - Dealing with challenging relationships, both personally and professionally - Difficulty with self-expression and speaking their truth, both personally and professionally - Chronic people-pleasing and destructive selflessness - Not effectively coping with and managing life's transition and change - Work-life balance: Trying to find balance between personal needs and the demands of a career. I like to call this the balance of the things we want to do and the things we have to do. - Ready to re-invent themselves and move on to the next chapter of their life but don't know how And the list goes on… Each client has a different need or challenge but the common thread is that they all realize that they are shortchanging themselves by not allowing themselves to see their true potential and the quality of life that is possible when they are performing at that level. They are at a point where they just feel stuck in their lives and relationships figuring out how to move from where they are to where they want to be.
