I loved working Yuni and her team. Anyone can decorate an office space if you are buying everything new. My new office was a challenge because my landlord allowed me to furnish my office with furniture left by tenants throughout the years. Yuni creativity found and matched furniture from all over a 20 floor building and furnished 7 large offices , 2 conference rooms ,kitchen and lobby. My office has the Wow! Factor I was looking for thanks to her. She always was responsive to my calls and worked well with the construction people during the buildout. I knew she was the person for the job when during the interview she stopped to instruct a workman to cover the floor to protect it from paint! Highly recommend her without question.

I reached out to yuni, not as as client but as a rookie in the field looking to get some insight from professionals in the area for a side project I am working on with my landlord. Not only was she extremely punctual but also so thorough with her advice and did it as a good deed. While this is more of a passion project than a means as a source of income, If this job turns out to be lucrative I will definitely be sending this little gem a thank you gift :) I haven’t seen her work but from the way she gathered her thoughts and delivered so concisely with detailed examples makes me believe that Yuni knows what she’s doing. She seems honest and hard working as well as ethical. I don’t know her aesthetic but hope to have a chance to see it some day first hand. Thanks Yuni! The community needs more good natured people like you :)

I used LUX for staging of my 5 bdr. property in Bal Harbour, the property sold fast and every single prospect buyer that walked in had something to say about the decor. Yuni did and amazing job in transforming the house and giving it that “homey feeling” buyers look for. You can tell she enjoys her job. Will definitely use her again for future properties.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for design and staging vary depending on the amount of rooms that need to be styled and the total time spent on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually schedule a phone call to find out more about the project and if it is a fit for us. Then we set a day and time for an in-home 90 min. consultation which allows me to see the space live and make my notes about layout, decor, colors, style etc. From there I prepare an estimate for the project and send it to the client within 24hrs. of my first visit. After the client approves the estimate I start sourcing the elements, furniture and accessories for the design (or staging) and prepare a mood-board with pictures which is sent to the client for visualization and final approval on the concept.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my BA in Interior Design from the Berlin International University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany. I worked in Interior Design for 4 yrs. while in Germany until I decided to come live permanently to the United States. Once in USA I came to
Miami and went to 1 yr. to University of Miami for an Interior Design Certificate and 4 more yrs. to Miami International University for BA in Fine Arts with a minor in Interior Design.
