PATHOLOGICAL LIAR. Started job in April and never finished job. Left me with an unnecessary border that had to be chopped up. This guy LIED SO MANY TIMES it was mind blowing. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS. He cancelled minutes before scheduled appointments at least 8 times. Strung me along for nearly 4 months until i gave up on all his LIES. Definitely doesn’t know how to run a business and has no problem giving ANY excuse. ZERO STARS if it was possible. Giving him one is too much. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!! Don’t be tempted by his low end estimates!! CAUTION!!!!

Sent an estimate which I accepted for $4000. We clarified the scope of work in writing via email. Everything was very clear. He was to replace all mulch with stone. New metal edging for all my flowerbeds. Cut and weed the lawn. He was slightly more than my other quotes, but he sounded very professional and said he was using more expensive materials (siting the cost of metal edging being 2 to 3 time more expensive). He requested 50% upfront which I promptly paid.
Upon completing the work, he did not do as promised. The flowerbeds on my side yard were mulched not stone. The edging material was cheap plastic, not metal. My sprinkler system pipes were cut. My fiber optic cables to provide internet and phone to my home were cut. He then sent me a bill for over $6400. When confronted he did admit to changing the price and said just pay me what you want. I paid him the original agreed-upon amount despite him not doing what he promised since he said he accidentally mispriced the job. I felt bad for him, but I have had over $1000 in repairs for his damages in addition to those fees.
Now, 2 months later he is trying to serve a lien on my home. Just avoid this guy at all costs!!!
