When working with a new customer, I like to keep the process smooth and personalized: 1. Initial Contact – I start by learning about your cleaning needs, the size of your space, and any specific requests you may have. 2. Free Estimate – I provide a clear and customized quote based on your space and the type of cleaning you need. 3. Scheduling – Once we agree on the details, we choose a time that works best for you. 4. The Cleaning – I arrive on time with all the necessary supplies and clean your home with great attention to detail. 5. Follow-up – After the job, I check in to make sure you’re fully satisfied and discuss any future cleaning needs. I aim to make the whole experience easy, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on training in residential cleaning and have over 2 years of experience working directly with clients. During this time, I’ve learned how to safely and effectively use professional-grade products on a variety of surfaces — from delicate countertops to stainless steel and natural stone. I continuously research and apply best practices for efficient, detailed, and damage-free cleaning to ensure every home I clean meets high standards.
