- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to the client’s needs and propose a tailored solution based on their schedule and expectations. I coordinate everything in advance, confirm the service before each ride, and always arrive early. My priority is to provide a safe, smooth, and professional experience from beginning to end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a commercial driver’s license and have completed training in customer service and road safety. I’ve also received instruction in executive transportation protocol and tourist services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by offering transportation services to tourists and executives through referrals from friends who appreciated my punctuality, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Over time, I invested in a Lincoln Navigator 2020 to provide high-end, comfortable, and luxurious transportation.
