My experience started very well, the responsiveness, the explanation of what would be involved in a move-in/deep cleaning and discount, due to wanting bi-weekly service and their ability for flexibility as unfortunately, I needed to reschedule multiple times. Joann arrive promptly at the time scheduled and could not have been any nicer. Very personable and eager to accomplish the task. I pointed out multiple things, as there was a language barrier. Upon arrival, three hours later, I found some things not to my standard and Johanne happily stayed to clean what I noticed. I provided a $25 tip and she left. Upon reaching out with my concerns Jonathan could not have been more professional and offer a discount on my next cleaning. Overall, very happy with the service and certainly will use them again.
