- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have baselines for specific types of work but every job requires something different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with a new customer to identify what their needs are to be sure I can meet them. I will provide a written estimate for the work needing to be performed. I will make sure the customer is satisfied upon completion of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Union Trade School for Carpentry Local Union 125. I graduated Journeyman. I have worked in the building Industry for the past 25 years including commercial high rises and residential.
